TALMARD WINES, A FAMILY HISTORY
In the XVIIth century the name of Talmard can be found in registers pertaining to wine culture. One after the other, generations of vineyard owners have brought their knowhow and pugnacity.
Skills and love of the vine are always the key words of the Talmard Family. In 1997, Paul Talmard passed the torch to her daughter Mallory and son-in-law Benjamin Gonçalves, who successfully succeeded him.
During 14 years, the couple was able to do the estate prosper : they went from from 16 hectares at 40 hectares, the vinification went from 150.000 to more than 300.000 bottles.
In 2020, a new generation joined the estate, Marco the son of Mallory and Benjamin.
By word of mouth, from wine fairs to exhibitions, Talmard wines have acquired a strong reputation which has never denied.
